FIAT 1500 CABRIOLET/COUPE

4-seater cabriolet.

Apart from the absence of a bonnet bulge (and of the quad headlights of late twin-cam cars) hard to distinguish quickly from a Fiat-Osca, though not nearly as fast. Servo front disc brakes, however, plus a thoroughly reliable pushrod four. Another rust-trap, though, and a few cabriolets of either type made with rhd. Again, available as closed coupè. As with Osca-engined versions, has Pininfarina styling rather than the in-house lines of earlier 110 and 1200 Transformabile models; also sold (1959-63) as 1200 cabriolet.
