Enterprising glass-fibre kit conversion by John Britten Sports Cars on Sprite/Midget base. Useful for rescuing rusty originals, with new nose, wings and tail on original steel monocoque an standard doors. Underside, therefore, standard Spridget, with coil spring front and beam axle rear. BMC (or, 1974, Triumph Spitfire) engine and four-speed 'box. Small (80ins wheelbase), light, frugal and very nippy. A modern 'midget-Morgan', some say.
