Effectively short-chassis version of Quattroporte with Vignale body, looking somewhat lke modernise Sebring. Like later Quattroportes, built with live-axle rear end and choice of two V8 engines. 260 or 330bhp. Came with five-speed ZF 'box or automatic. 3650lb kerb weight gave 140mph+, but heavy fuel consumption. Qualifies for this survey because unsold cars lasted into 1970-72 in UK. Supremely elegant and one of Italy's great cars.
