Victors re-named (for no obvious reason), with many worthwhile trim changes but the same sheet metal style and running gear as the FE Victors. This was nearly the end for the famous strain of Victors and the big overhead-cam engines, as the Carlton (see below - a rebadged Opel Rekord) would soon take over. When the VX died, so did Luton's design independence.
