Grand Prix 2-seater.

Cooking version had derivative of Type 38 engine with three mains, whilst pukka racer boasted built-up crank with five mains and roller bearings throughout. Usually wore cast alloy wheels with integral brake drums, though wires also fitted. Originally unblown 2-litre, but subsequent variants still around in '30 as 35C(blown), 35T (unblown 2.3-litre) and 35B (blown 35T). Type 39 is a destroked (66mm) 1500.
