Citroën
CITROEN 7CV (SUPER MODERN 12)

Saloon, roadster, fixed-head coupé.

First of the tractions with three-bearing wet-liner engine, three-speed synchro 'box in front, dashboard shift, all-torsion-bar springing and hydraulic brakes, though as yet worm and roller steering. Lots of teething troubles with the original type and not much urge on 32bhp. Chromium plated radiator shell, 12-volt electrics and leather trim on Slough cars. More familiar 1628cc engine from Feb '35, so the original one has curiosity value only.
