2-litre replacement using a reworked twin-carburettor 15.7 Crossley engine with magneto ignition and electric pump feed in a typically massive Lagonda chassis with mechanical brakes. Most bodies metal-panelled by now, though cycle wings still frequently found. Not as fast as a 2-litre. Crash 'boxes on early cars, preselectors available mid '33, and standard by '34.
