Completely new engine with 24° vee angle, more conventional chassis frame although front suspension is independent. Two different wheelbases, 11ft 5ins and 10ft 91/2ins, later cars all on 11ft 5ins. Short chassis cars are good for 85mph at the cost of 15mpg. The brakes are servo assisted, and Weymann and Pininfarina produced some lovely coachwork.
