MORRIS MAJOR (1931)

Saloon, 4-light coupé, 2-door fabric Salonette.

Cowley with the six cylinder sidevalve engine of the LA Oxford Six, the '31 Cowley having been modified so as to be able to take either the 'Hotchkiss' four or the new six. No open models: offered as saloon, rather than American-looking four-light coupé or MG-ish fabric bodied Salonette (and how many of those have survived?). Wire wheels, unlike the '31 Cowley which still wore steel artillery, therefore slightly more modern looking.
