MORRIS TEN-SIX SPECIAL

Sports tourer.

Cowley's attempt to 'do an MG'. Tuned engine, with high-lift cam and twin SUs, in an open four-seater sports body with plenty of bolt-on 'goodies' - bonnet strap, radiator and headlamp stone-guards, imitation 'knock-on' hubcaps for the wire wheels, and so on. Notwithstanding, hardly a sports model. A four-cylinder Special, using an uprated Ten-Four engine, was listed, but it seems highly unlikely that any made. Some survivors, including two with more rakish open bodies by Cunard, the Stewart and Arden owned coachbuilders.
