Saloon.

A strange aberration, introduced in October 1937 just as a neatly rationalised range was emergine. Completely new body, with more upright lines, new chassis, and 40.8 overhead valve version of Series II engine (as per Wolseley 12/48 and MG VA). Offered only as saloon, with external access boot. Production not continued after the War.
