RAILTON 21.6 HP

Sandown saloon, Cobham saloon, Claremont drophead coupé, Fairmile drophead coupé.

Only a handful of these cars made after its '38 Show debut. The standard Hudson 31/2-litre power unit gave an 80mph top speed. Following Hudson practice, brakes were hydraulic with the front axle located by torque arms. The chassis had a 117ins wheelbase, and outwardly it looked very much like the Eight down to the elegant radiator and rivetted bonnet.
