For some reason, the 'new' styling that looks rather ungainly on the smaller cars becomes elegant on this chassis, especially if equipped with wire wheels. Some cars made with four speed 'boxes, power brakes came as standard, the engine had been enlarged giving 80mph capability, but curiously, six-volt electrics were still de rigeur. Free wheels now standard, too, and it was a good £525 worth.
