SUNBEAM SIXTEEN

2-seater, tourer, fixed-head coupé, folding-head coupé, coachbuilt saloon, Weymann saloon, Mulliner Weymann saloon, Weymann limousine.

Really an Eighteen, and heavy at 31cwt, this one followed standard Sunbeam practice. Thus there was a pushrod ohv engine with coil ignition, a four-speed crash 'box and suitably massive frame complete with all round semi-elliptics. '31s came with centralised lubrication and hydraulic brakes, while '33 models had synchromesh, mechanical pump feed and box type direction signals at the rear.
