Ledwinka's car had V8 engine living over the back axle, driving forward to the back axle, the whole pack easily removable. All suspension was independent and mounted in a box-section frame, with fuel tank and luggage compartment mounted centrally. Not overly attractive, but it would top 90mph, there was a fine ride and freedom from fumes - against was a lack of interior warmth, a poor gear change and sudden breakaway on the limit.
