If you hear the words 'Pebble Beach', the first thing you will probably imagine are rows of immaculately prepared pre-war cars sitting on the manicured lawns and putting greens of one of California's leading golf courses. However, back at the first event in 1950, Pebble Beach was as much about road racing as it was a Concours d'Elegance. Parts of the twisting route through the woods of 17-Mile Drive still exist, and it was there that a collection of stunning Ferraris relived the past at this year's event.
