British rarities are expected to headline at H&H's Chateau Impney auction on 4 December with a 1930 Bentley 6.5 Litre Le Mans Team Car Evocation likely to be top-seller.
The sale, which takes place during the C&SC-backed Chateau Impney Speed Celebration marking the venue's motor sport past and future,
Second highest estimate, £320-360,000, is placed on a gorgeous ex-Rallye Lyon Charbonnieres 1951 Aston Martin DB2.
Only other car expected to top £100k is a wonderful 1939 Lagonda V12 dhc (£125-150,000)
If the Lagonda is beyond your means, there are a couple of far cheaper alternatives including a 1938 Abbey Coachworks bodied Alvis 4.3 dhc (£80-100k) and
Among the more interesting lots are a rare lhd Graber-bodied 1959 two-door Alvis TD21 and, for similar money, a 1938 Bentley 4.25 Sports Saloon and, boasting a bit of Gallic flair a 1939 Hotchkiss Monte Carlo 680 Decouvrable (£50-60,000).
There's also a 1957 Smith Formula 2 Single Seater (£19-24k) and a 2009 AC Ace Brooklands (£15-18k).
There are also a couple of interesting projects including a 1962 Jaguar E-Type 3.8 Coupé (£18-20k), a rare James Young-bodied 1956 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud (£5-7000) and a no-reserve 1961 Sunbeam Rapier Series III.
