Dozens of classic cars are expected to brave poor weather and festive traffic this weekend as Waterloo Classics makes a welcome return to the Capital for its end of year closer.
The event kicks off at 12:00 on 19 December near the city’s Waterloo railway station, where an area normally reserved for market stalls will be given over exclusively to classic cars. The north side of Lower Marsh Road will be able to host up to 40 cars, while additional unreserved parking will be available on the south side of the road from 12:30.
In addition, a special parking area in front of the Cubana restaurant will be made available for three or four of the most significant classics.
All you need to do to take part in the event is to print off a special parking disc from the group’s website, though we advise that you email the organisers before setting off.
