When the London Concours descends on the UK’s capital on 5-6 June, the Lamborghini Miura will take centre stage.
This is the first confirmed feature display for the annual gathering at the Honourable Artillery Company HQ and organisers hope they’ll be able to bring eight Miuras together for this celebration.
It’s the 50th anniversary of The Italian Job in which, as we’re sure you’ll all remember, a Miura featured in the opening scene. That car was finished in Arancio Miura (orange) and there will be one in that shade at the London Concours.
Indeed, knowing some of the wonderfully vivid hues Miuras were offered in, it could be a very eye-catching collection of classic supercars that comes to the capital this summer.
These cars will form one of a quintet of special features, plus there will be seven concours classes, in total bringing around 100 cars to the site.
“If any single model deserves to be celebrated at the London Concours, it’s the Lamborghini Miura,” said Andrew Evans, London Concours Director.
