Former Formula One driver David Coulthard has been confirmed for next month’s Goodwood Members’ Meeting, on 6-7 April.
He will contest the Tony Gaze Trophy in a Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing as part of the IWC Racing Team.
It’s the second time DC has competed at this event, previously piloting the Gullwing in the Salvadori Cup at last year’s 76th Members’ Meeting, where he worked his way from 15th to ninth during the 20-minute race.
This will be the third time Coulthard and this Gullwing have appeared at the Members’ Meeting, as he performed demonstration laps in the Mercedes two years ago.
He joins a prestigious list of drivers who’ve already been revealed for the event, including Le Mans legends such as Tom Kristensen, Emanuele Pirro, Guy Smith, Jochen Mass, Hans-Joachim Stuck and Alex Wurz.
Tickets for the two-day event are selling fast – find out more here.
