A seven-strong showcase of classic Ferraris will line-up in the ‘Main Concours’ display at next month’s Concours of Elegance, including one delivered new to Sir Stirling Moss.
The Moss car is the youngest of the group, being a 1991 F40 that has never left the UK, and has correspondence between Moss and Enzo Ferrari in its history file.
It will take its place alongside six other notable Ferraris at Hampton Court Palace on 3-5 September.

This F40’s first owner was none other than the late Sir Stirling Moss
The striking Verde Tevere car pictured at the top of this page is a 1962 Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta SWB. Just 90 such models were produced, of which a mere 11 were right-hand drive like this one, which underwent a restoration in the ’90s and has been cared for ever since.
Two more 250s will line-up alongside it. The oldest is the only RHD Ferrari 250GT Europa of the 30 built. This 1954 car has been with its current owner since 1971 and is used for club racing, and has been campaigned on three Tour Auto events and the Mille Miglia.
