Description

This Rolls-Royce Freestone and Webb 4D6 with exclusive bodywork was supplied form new in England on the 4th February 1933. It was exported to Norway on the 23rd February 2007. Over 20 years ago the last owners were looking for a suitable wedding car, when they found this Rolls-Royce. It was then given a unique, completely handmade, bodywork in Norway. The basis bodywork consisted of a 3-layer mahogany wooden frame. It took a long time and lots of funds to complete. The Brewster Town Brougham design was used a template for the bodywork. This had been a one-off specially made for Mr Bennet as well as having been used in the Mae West movie ‘Go West Young Man’. The whole process from start to finish has been extensively photographed. Just take your place in the back of this Rolls-Royce to be submerged in utter luxury. The luxurious seating, drinks cabinet with two carafes and glasses, a Jaeger clock and removable vanity mirror set the scene. Everything has a luscious wooden finish. The chauffeur’s soft-top protection is naturally forms part of the inventory. Copies of the guarantee certificate, bill of sale and factory documents are included. A unique car with a special provenance.
