Bianchi
BIANCHI S9

Saloon, 7-seater saloon, cabriolet.

Conventionally engineered with beam axles even in '39, though there's a robust five-bearing crankshaft, and all cars had centre-lock wire wheels and rhd. Original version looks like a scaled down Turismo 6C-2300 Alfa - crash 'box and mechanical brakes on this one. From '36 styling is early Millecento Fiat, pillarless doors, and even the push-in ignition key. Synchro of a sort, too, and hydraulic brakes by this time.
