The FW32 brought up to date with the latest watercooled four-cylinder engine, panelled bodies, a twin wet-plate clutch, and semi-elliptics at the rear through the familiar three-speed 'box with floor change is retained. Inboard front brakes, no running boards on these. Coupé style similar to that found on rear-drive BSA Tens.
