FERRARI 365GTC/4

2-door 4-seater sports saloon.

Short-lived but successful replacement for both 365GT 2 + 2 and 365GTC models, based on general chassis layout of 275GTB/Daytona but with gearbox up front in unit with engine. Powered by four-cam derivative with side carbs, inlet ports in head 'vee'. Unmistakeable fastback style, copied by GM for their mid-seventies Monza. Power steering, as on 365GT 2+2. 150mph plus top speed. Accounted for half of Ferrari's touring car sales in its short life, replaced by 265GT 2+2 for 1975.
