Appallingly dull medium-large saloon, a direct replacement for more characterful 125. Dragged on after 1981 as mildly-improved Argenta, now thankfully dead. Twin-cam engines and five-speed transmission couldn't make up for boring style and very ordinary road behaviour. 1.6/1.8litre engines at first, with 112bhp/2-litre from summer '77. Later models not sold here had 122bhp/injection and 60bhp/diesel options. 105mph on British market 2-litre models.
