Fiat
FIAT 2800

Limousine.

Poor man's long-chassis Lancia Astura with scaled up 1500 mechanics: four mains, alloy head, synchro 'box and Dubonnet ifs, though the X-braced frame is more in the 1100 idiom. First factory-bodied Fiat with the post-war vee grille. It's a big car, however (two tons), and even custom convertibles tend to be in the 'parade' idiom. About six survive in various parts of the world.
