Imperia

Imperia
IMPERIA 6CV (11-25 HP)

Saloon, fixed-head coupé, drophead coupé.

Small car from Belgium with ingenious slide-valve engine (expensive to rebuild) cranking anti-clockwise, gravity feed, four-speed 'box, artillery wheels, and uncoupled front-wheel and transmission brakes. Looks like a rejected Panhard. Coil ignition and coupled-brake option by '30s; '32s have proper coupled hydraulics, but effectively no imports after 1931.
