It's the same proven engine as in the Cadillac Series 60, chassis has coil springs ifs, but now with hypoid rear axle and two ride stabilisers. With around 130bhp, performance is good, 0-80mph in 26secs excellent for a late thirties saloon. '37 cars have 123ins wheelbase, and one was Pace Car for that year's Indy 500. '38 sees a lower chassis, limited availability of sunroofs, a wider front grille and heavlier looking front end. '39 cars have 120ins wheelbase, a return to narrow grilles and a  more elegant look.
