LANCHESTER EIGHTEEN (1932-34)

Saloon, sports saloon, 4-door cabriolet.

First of the Daimler breed with its seven-bearing engine set well forward in the frame, coil ignition, mechanical pump feed, hydraulic servo brakes, and the familiar worm drive, which Daimlers use also. Four-speed fluid flywheel transmission standard on this and all subsequent Lanchesters. Quite a few attractive special bodies on this chassis.
