LANCHESTER EIGHTEEN (1936-39)

Saloon, sports saloon.

Total Daimlerisation, or a Daimler Light 20 with a Lanchester grille, vee'd from 1937. Fixed head engine, servo-assisted Girling brakes, four-wheel handbrake, fluid flywheel and worm drive. Styling as for Daimlers, ie projecting boots (and razor-edged sports saloon) from 1938, but wire wheels retained to end.
