Lanchester

Lanchester
LANCHESTER TEN (1933-34)

Saloon, sports saloon, fixed-head coupé, numerous specials.

A Lanchester/Pomeroy creation and the answer to the retired colonel's prayer. Detachable-head engine with mechanical pump, the usual fluid flywheel, X-braced frame underslung at the rear (watch it on bumpy surfaces), hydraulic brakes and a push-on handbrake (the 18's pulled on!). Some attractive special-bodied variations, but performance nil. Leftover '34s integrated into 1935 range as the A-series.
