As with the '32 Cowley, a completely new design keeping only the old engine. New chassis with wider track, longer wheelbase, hydraulic brakes and 'Eddyfree' bodies. Chromium-plated radiator shutters, as other bug Morrises. To fit lower tax category, engine bore reduced to make car 13.9hp rather than 14.9hp of '31 model, something which helps further differentiate Major from Oxford Six.
