Alias the OMV, this one did the round of '34 Motor Shows but was never put into serious production. Peculiar overhead exhaust valve and side inlet valve arrangement was used, as were hydraulic brakes and a four-speed synchromesh 'box. Styling very Lancia/Alfa of that period, complete with fashionable sloping grille, but project killed because the firm's new owners - Fiat - didn't want extra competition for the ageing 522s and 524s.
