Panther

Panther
PANTHER LIMA

2-door 2-seater sports car.

Jankel's successful thirties-style two-seater pastiche, of Morgan size but not all of Morgan character. Sold to seventies with Vauxhall Magnum underpan (later models had separate tubular frame) and Magnum running gear, which included coil spring independent front suspension and front wheel discs. Rock hard ride and limited accommodation, but the most marketable Panther so far. Following Panther's takeover by Korean interests, Lima became Kallista, with Ford engines, and is still made.
