PLYMOUTH P7/P8 (PLYMOUTH/CHRYSLER KEW, WIMBLEDON)

Touring saloon, 7-seater saloon, convertible coupé, folding head foursome coupé, fixed-head foursome coupé, limousine.

Still with the four bearing sidevalve 'six' and three speed synchro 'box, these all came on a 114ins wheelbase frame, and had ifs, compared to the previous model's 112ins wheelbase and semi-elliptics. The Plymouth had small bore engine only, Kew a choice of two units, an Wimbledons could only be bought with the larger motor. All three were distinguished by different styling, column change and three piece grilles. Convertibles could be specified with power hoods.
