POLSKI-FIAT 125P

4-door 5-seater saloon/estate car.

Polish-built model, using modified Fiat 125 shell, but old-style Fiat 1300/1500 power train and suspension. A strange, unappealing but cheap-to-buy amalgam of parts, first sold in UK in 1975; renamed FSO 125P in mid-1981, with no design or style changes. High and narrow by modern standards, and with thrashy old engine, but great value for money if Iron Curtain heritage isn't important to you. 1.3-litre from 1981 only. No frills, but at that price (£1349 in 1975) did you expect any?
