Making its bow at the '28 Show was this small six, very much an enlarged Nine with its twin high set cams operating in inclined overhead valves via pushrod and hemi-head. 1930 saw the Light Six in a 114ins wheelbase frame, and the chassis remained basically unchanged until '34. There was a water cooled centre main engine from '32 and the option of single or Special Series triple carbs (the latter with Scintilla mag). '34 models had open channel frames, centre lock wheels and preselectors were available. Kestrel and Lynx models are extremely handsome 70mph cars with lovely handling.
