SINGER 2-LITRE

Saloon, Continental saloon.

At a glance, it could be a Silent Six, but the bumper is straight and both horns are mounted on it. Continental saloon was an attractive car, all bodies had suicide doors, and it had hydraulics, unlike the Silent Six which retained servo brakes. Preselected clutch change was standard fitment, and there was a very comprehensive list of equipment - indicators and bumpers were normal wear, as were hide upholstery and pile carpeting, so in reality it was good value at £295.
