SINGER NINE SPORTS

4-seater tourer, 2-seater coupé, 4-seater sports saloon.

With that jewel-like engine, it would have been a waste not to have built a sports model around it. Always the MG's great rival, the first sports model had lowered frame, a sporty remote change extension for the four speed 'box, friction dampers, hydraulic brakes, Vertex magneto ignition and twin carbs. Early cars were the most attractive, the '34 tourer have a graceful swept tail, but lines were spoilt the following year.
