Studebaker

Studebaker
STUDEBAKER COMMANDER (1938-39)

Saloon, close-coupled saloon, 4-door cabriolet.

As opposed to the regular car, the headlamps were faired into the front wings, the 'hill holder' was standard equipment on this one, and by contemporary US standards a clean looking car. '39 models had column shift as standard, there was a fresh air heating system under the driver's seat and a new overdrive which allowed the drive to shift instantly to direct drive.
