SUNBEAM TWENTY-FIVE (1934-35)

Saloon, coupé, limousine.

Upgraded Twenty, available on 130ins and 136ins wheelbase frames. Short chassis cars weighed over two tons, yet 80mph was on the cards, and HRH the Duke of Gloucester liked his limousine so much that he had it rebodied in 1938. Like the Twenty, it was almost the finest of the breed, with superb steering, brakes, gear change, and beautifully appointed bodies. At £875, the price tag was over the head of most.
