TALBOT 110

Sports tourer, Airline saloon.

With 120bhp on tap from this bored version of the 105 engine, the 110 could be hustled along at 95mph, and with near incomparable refinement. Engine was installed in a 120ins wheelbase frame, and so there were the standard semi-elliptics springs at the front, quarter elliptics at the rear, a Wilson 'box with traffic clutch and double drop frame. It continued until Rootes killed the Talbot name.
