TRIUMPH HERALD 1200

2-door saloon, coupè, convertible, estate car.

Bigger engine and a higher axle ratio (4.11:1) now, also rubber-covered bumpers, and a front disc brake option. Diaphragm clutches from early '66. Estates came out a month later than the rest of the range; coupès rare and discontinued '64. Estate and convertible displaced by 13/60 in 1967. All should give 40mpg with reasonable driving.
