Willys-Knight

Willys-Knight
WILLYS-KNIGHT 66D

Saloon.

This one shared its 121ins wheelbase frame with the Eight, and was heavy at 31cwt. But now the Knight engine had lost its raison d'etre, thanks to the arrival of flexible engine mountings and other aids to silence, so this one lasted for all of one year. English bodied saloons cost £495, and you got an unspectacular but refined car for your money. Oil consumption always a problem, as were high serving costs.
