WOLSELEY 1500

Saloon.

Morris Minor floor pan with the same excellent suspension and steering, the good old B-series engine, and a closer-ratio 'box which wasn't quite as good as it sounded on paper. Internal bonnet and boot lid hinges on Series II (1960); tell a Series III (Oct '61) by its A40-type rear lamp clusters and revised radiator side-grilles. The 1200cc version (old-type A40 engine) is very rare and exclusively for the Irish Republic. The slow drier's Riley 1.5.
