MG to celebrate 90 years at Beaulieu

| 29 Apr 2014

A massive gathering of MG cars will celebrate the 90th anniversary of the British marque on 24 August. MGs from every decade of production will descend on the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Hampshire with everything from early VA and TA models right through to the F, TF and MG6 models of later years making an appearance.

As well as regional MG clubs, individual fans of the octagon-badged cars are being encouraged to drive to Beaulieu to put their classics on show. By booking in advance they will also be able to reserve a space in a special MG paddock, which is set to be a big draw throughout the day.

MG clubs keen on joining in the festivities are also being urged to book early; dedicated stand space is on offer as well as gazebos and shelters, should the weather turn typically British.

Tickets for the event cost £10 per adult and £5 per child.

Book your place by emailing Caroline Sparks at events@beaulieu.co.uk or by phoning 01590 614614

The official MG Car Club celebration, MG90, will be held at Silverstone on 21-22 June and will include a packed race schedule as well as a chronological display showing the marque's development since 1924.
