We know Monterey Car Week is a frankly awesome celebration of all things automotive. And now a Rule Britannia Concours of Elegance has been added to the bill for this year.
This all-British party is coming to Laguna Seca Golf Ranch on Tuesday 21 August.
And about time, too. German and Italian marques, among others, have long had dedicated events at this Californian motoring Mecca, and now the best of British will, literally, get their moment in the sun.
Could we see the Triumph GT6 among the British classic cars at this event?
If you're lucky enough to be there, you can also enjoy the Porsche Monterey Classic on 20 August, Legends of the Autobahn on 24 August, and Concorso Italiano and Concours d’LeMons on 25 August.
Not forgetting, of course, the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and big-money auctions from the likes of Gooding & Company and RM Sotheby's.
