The Bugatti Owners Club has teamed up with the historic Bugatti Trust to showcase a dazzling array of Grand Prix Bugattis at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show, which takes place from 10-12 November.
No fewer than nine incredible machines have been confirmed for display, covering the marque’s most successful, beautiful and instantly recognisable models of the pre-war era. The firm’s most successful racing models – the Type 35, 35A and 35C – are expected to take centre stage, along with an ex-Richard Shuttleworth Type 35B. Type 37 and 39 derivatives will also be on display, as will the Type 51, 54 and 59, which succeeded the Type 35 at Bugatti’s premier racing models.
The club will also gather a number of original, factory-built ‘baby’ Bugattis. Assembled on a mock racing grid, the children’s toys are a nod to the show’s overall theme ‘Family Ties’.
“We are honoured to host such an amazing line-up and can’t wait to see the visitors’ reactions to these amazing machines that helped shape motoring and motorsport history,” said acting show director Lee Masters.
